There will be less paper work for clinic staff to go through. This saves a lot of time and headache for both parties.

Our Problem

Redundant - Inefficient - Troublesome

Clinics have a hard time communicating with eachother. Being under different EHR providers means that patient data cannot be sent cross platform as easily. The burden is then passed down to the patients who must fill out redundant medical history forms at each new clinic they go to. This also creates a lot of paper work for clinic staff to tackle which amounts to more wasted time.

Our Solution

Simple - Secure - Accessible

We wanted to keep it simple, accessible, and most importantly secure. Through our surveys, we noted that many may not be as comfortable with deviating from the norm, or adopting new technology so we kept that in mind throughout the whole creation of our application. We also know how sensitive the information we are handling is, so security was also a priority during the whole implementation process. In the end, we were able to make it secure, have patients own their own data, and have it be less wasteful.

We used SentIO's blockchain solution to securely send and store our data. They are a "wapper" of Sia.tech making it easier to use decentralized database.

Onboarding

Patients

Patients will be able to sign up through clinics which support our platform. They will be given a link which will include the onboarding process of a new member.

Clinics

Clinics will be able to check in patients with a QR code. They will also be able to set up and create new accounts for patients that are not with in the system already.
